Order Pickup

All cake and specialty orders and/or inquiries must be made by phone or email.

If you would like to setup a private consultation, please send an email to cheryl@savvytreats.com with your order details / questions. This service will be by appointment only via a scheduled phone consult for no charge.

Every cake we make is hand-made. Decorative finishes are done by hand and are subject to the artistic interpretation of our expert cake decorators. You may provide us with a photograph for inspiration and duplication; however, we make no claims for exact duplication of the work done by other cake decorators.

Once the details of the order are finalized, we will send you an email for your review and approval. Once the order is confirmed, we will need payment to secure the order. We require at least 7 days advance notice for confirmed orders.

All orders must be paid in full before pickup/delivery.

Once the order is approved and finalized, our cancellation policy is in effect.

Rush fees: When a cake is ordered within 24 business hours a 20% rush fee will be added to the order.

Cancellation Policy

Orders cannot be canceled or refunded within 7 Days of the event.  You may however postpone the order.

You may make any changes that you wish to a retail order until 96 hours (4 Days) prior to the pick up time on your written order form. We cannot guarantee any changes to size, flavors, or artwork will be available if changes are made within 96 hours (4 Days). We are always happy to add cupcakes to orders in the event that you need to serve more guests. Leftover cake can be frozen for another day in the event you have ordered too much for your guest count.

Changes may be made to wedding cake flavors, servings counts, and design until 15 days before your wedding date. At that time, everything must be finalized, no changes to serving count, flavors or design after the 15 day point.

No refunds will be provided for orders that are canceled within 7 Days of the event.

All cancellation refunds are subject to a 50% fee: Savvy Treats will retain 50% of the price of the cake to cover costs incurred to initiate your order.

Pick-Up Disclaimer

If you choose to pick up your cake and transport it yourself, we are not liable or responsible for the cake once it has left the bakery. You should prepare your vehicle so it is clean and free of items that could roll or slide into the cake. We do everything in our power to provide a well-structured cake, but please note that cakes are very fragile and break easily, drive carefully and slowly.

Once the cake leaves our shop, we are not responsible for any damage occurring to the cake during transport, set-up or any time thereafter.

Payment Requirements

All payments are due prior to pickup/delivery. If a cake is scheduled for delivery, the payment needs to be initiated within 5 business days of the event. If payments are not made by the time of pickup/delivery, the cake may be canceled.

Non-Refundable Deposits

A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your wedding date. You may cancel your wedding day reservation until 15 days prior to your wedding and receive a full refund of the deposit.
